➤ Adal TV has set phased targets to strengthen its organizational structure and establish an effective journalistic network, which will be achieved through a well-planned strategy.

➤ In the initial phase, a strong and active representative system will be established in at least 20 districts across the country.

➤ Representation will be ensured at the police station/local level in each district so that public issues, facts, and ground realities can be reported in a timely and effective manner.

➤ Each district will have a minimum of 10 active, responsible, and capable representatives who will work in accordance with the organization’s mission and principles.

➤ Special training workshops will be conducted for Bureau Chiefs, reporters, and other officials to enhance the training, character development, and professional skills of representatives.

➤ Outstanding representatives will be recognized and rewarded with special prizes, certificates, and honors based on their performance, dedication, active reporting, and services to the organization.

➤ The objective of this phased system is to build a strong, reliable, skilled, and ideologically driven media team that can effectively advance the mission of Adal TV across the country.
